Leornardo/Praha

Through CEL and during the last 3 months of 2006, I did the Leonardo Da Vinci work experience in beautiful Prague, capital of the Czech Republic. I was very privileged to have met the great Master of Czech animation Mr. Břetislav Pojar at FAMU, and he took me to the production of "Paní G./ Mrs. G.". This wonderful short puppet animation film was being shot at Hafan Films, was directed by Michal Žabka and had an amazing and talented crew working in it (including outstanding animator Alfons Mensdorff-Pouilly).
"Paní G." has been in many festivals, and won the Třeboň Town Prize/Audience Prize at Anisfest 2007, in Třeboň, Czech Republic.

I'd like to thank once again heartly and humbly Hana + Jaroslav Vošahlíkova for their warm heart, generosity and friendship, the FAMU staff at the Animation Department, every single one at Hafan Films who were amazing, open hearted and with whom I learnt a lot, and to Pan Profesor Břetislav Pojar for his generosity, wisdom, patience, and the priviledge of sharing some of his own time and knowledge with me.
